“THE BLUE CORN EXPRESS”

A fascinating hands-on culinary adventure into Chihuahua and the majestic Copper Canyon from the experts at Authentic Copper Canyon.

This culinary trip is a seven to nine day immersion into the delightful kitchens and restaurants of Northern Mexico. Included are introductory classes, lots of up-close, participatory experiences, as well as the world-renowned train journey through Copper Canyon, Mexico.

 The concept is not the typical classroom culinary tour, but rather a journey through Copper Canyon experiencing all that Norteno food can be. Foods are local, simple, and delicious.

These culinary trips can be scheduled at about any date for groups of 4 or more. Usually we don’t schedule in June but any other month works well.

Ask also about our version of the Tequila Express—we call it “The Sotol Circle”. Sotol is called “Chihuahua in a bottle” and along with lechiguilla and a few other local spirits, they provide the sipping pleasure for this fascinating journey.
