The Next “Blue Corn Express” Culinary Trip

These experiential culinary trips come up about twice a year …and any time of year is a great time to experience the foods in Copper Canyon. It is basically our culturally rich Copper Canyon Train Trip plus many vivid local food experiences. We call it a “great taste” of Chihuahua.

We can schedule a trip for your group  at any time and customize it to fit with your particular schedule and culinary interests…and your 7-10 days will be spent sampling the markets, cooking with locals- perhaps even over a wood stove, and sampling the local drinks.

We even have a trip focusing on the spirits unique to Chihuahua- “The Sotol Circle”.
